Our sincerest thanks to our wildly talented vendors, the amazingly helpful volunteers, the superbly talented musicians, AND everyone who made it out to the show yesterday. We are humbled at the amount of love Pittsburgh has for handmade, and cannot wait to do it all over again next year.

Here are some of the first photos of the event:

Hello! I’m Lori Riley, founder and chief rejuvenator of Ringo Wild. I take vintage jewelry, cast-off earrings and game pieces and transform them into designer rings. Hey, who says environmentalists can’t have fabulous style?

All of my rings are made from recycled pieces, even the statement and steampunk rings. I put them on high-quality, adjustable ring bases. But most important, they’re affordable and fun! Check my space at Craft N’At – Look for Ringo Wild in booth 40. Stop by and say hello!

P.S. All of my rings are one-of-a-kind. If you love it, buy it! And wear it knowing you’re doing your part for Mother Earth!

My name is Jackie McDowell and I am a fourth-generation seamstress who has been sewing since the age of seven. I love what I do, and I love to share my creations with the world.

Iron City Upcyclery is a the name of my DIY line of clothing and handsewn wares. My designs are geared towards those who appreciate handmade goods that reflect a creative spirit, individuality, and a commitment to environmental sustainability, and are inspired by all kinds of flora, music, seasons, historic architecture, books, woodland creatures, vintage threads, antiques, and imagination. Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind!

I use only vintage or reclaimed fabrics (and oftentimes notions as well) to create these unique upcycled wares. It serves the dual purpose of reducing waste through re-use, as well as giving my clothing creations a vintage kind of vibe.

You can find my wares locally in Pittsburgh at WildCard and at Pageboy Boutique, both located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh’s East End.

See something you like, but need it in a different size? Prefer a different fabric? Do you have an idea for a custom piece? Get in touch! Let’s work together. I gladly sew for folks of all shapes and sizes.
